Types of data
Please note that the details supplied in fields marked with asterisks are mandatory and are required by us to process your request for us to get in contact with you.
We only process and use your data insofar as is necessary, as follows :
First name, surname and company: in order to categorise the partnership request as best as possible and to redirect it to the right person at SMEG.
Email address or phone number: in order that the department dealing with your query can contact you.
During this period, we put in place all measures possible which are capable of ensuring the confidentiality and the security of your personal data, in such a way as to prevent them from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to our Research & Development Department.
Apart from the cases outlined above, we undertake not to sell, lease, transfer ownership of or provide access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless we are obliged to do so by virtue of a legitimate reason (a legal obligation, the fight against fraud or abuse, the exercise of defence rights, and so on).
Transfer of data to third parties
In this respect, your personal data is not supplied to third parties, they remain in a database in the back office at our premises. We receive a copy of them by email, to notify us of your request for us to get in contact with you. The email is deleted after we have contacted you.
Period for which data are stored
Your data will be deleted after one year in the event that you do not respond to our approaches. Your consent is stored for an unlimited period so long as the processing of data does not change.
Withdrawal of consent
All you need to do is to write to contact@smag.tech or to contact us by phone, by calling +33 (0) 326 218 420, in order to request that your personal data be withdrawns personnelles.
Automated decision-making
Your personal data are not used for automatic decision-making.
