Purposes of the processing of your personal data
LeThe information you provide to us using this form enables us to send you our newsletters. The information is stored on our website and processed by the Communication Department of SMAG.
Types of data
Please note that the details supplied in fields marked with asterisks are mandatory and are required by us to process your subscription to our newsletter. If a mandatory field is not completed then this is likely to compromise the sending of email communications.
We only process and use your data insofar as is necessary, as follows :
- First names and surnames, to personalise our email communication campaigns, where applicable;
- Your email address is used to send you our newsletters;
- Your country, in order to properly target our French-language and English-language communication campaigns.
Transfer of data to third parties
We use Dolist as our newsletter tool. By signifying that you consent to subscribing to our newsletter, you accept that the information you provide to us (your first name, surname and address) will be sent to Dolist for processing in accordance with its personal data protection policy.
During the course of communication campaigns, we put in place all measures possible which are capable of ensuring the confidentiality and the security of your personal data, in such a way as to prevent them from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to our Communication Department. The sub-contractor in question is subject to a confidentiality obligation and can only use your data in compliance with our contractual provisions and with applicable legislation.
Apart from the cases outlined above, we undertake not to sell, lease, transfer ownership of or provide access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless we are obliged to do so by virtue of a legitimate reason (a legal obligation, the fight against fraud or abuse, the exercise of defence rights, and so on).
Period for which data are stored
Your data will be deleted after one year in the event that you do not respond to our approaches. Your consent is stored for an unlimited period so long as the processing of data does not change.
Withdrawal of consent
All you need to do is to write to contact@smag.tech or to contact us by phone, by calling +33 (0) 326 218 420, in order to request that your personal data be withdrawn
Automated decision-making
Your personal data are not used for automatic decision-making.

Your rights
In accordance with the French Act on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties of 6 January 1978 (also known as the French data protection act), as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or deleted, and you also have data portability and processing restriction rights. You can also object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data.
