The email address and any other personal data included voluntarily by the User for the purposes of identifying him/herself in the email sent to Smag as well as the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses relating to his/her Internet connection are the only personal data likely to be collected through the website and processed by Smag (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”). The email address and any other personal data included voluntarily by the User in the email for the purposes of identifying him/herself are collected from the website using a “mailto” type link which allows users of the website to send emails to Smag or its members. Personal data relating to Smag’s employees and made available on the website cannot be collected and processed without the prior written consent of the person concerned. In particular, each user is forbidden from collecting and using, either manually or automatically, this personal data in order to send advertising messages or messages of any other nature that have no connection with the activities of Smag and its employees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any use or reproduction, either whole or in part, of the website, of the individual elements within it and/or the information appearing on it, by any means whatsoever, constitutes counterfeiting and is subject to penalty under the French Intellectual Property Code.

The photographs reproduced on the website have been obtained from the websites Fotolia, Hemis and Istockphoto, which have assigned the property rights to the photographs to Smag following their purchase on these different websites.

Users are authorised solely to display the website on the screen of their personal computer, print pages from the website for their personal use and copy the files within it in the cache memory of the computer on a temporary basis solely in order to facilitate consultation of the website.
